2. WEBSITE USE, ENQUIRIES AND QUOTATIONS
This website provides information about our services and allows visitors to submit enquiries or request quotations. Please do not use the site unlawfully. An enquiry does not automatically create a contract. Quotations may be provided after we have sufficient information or have assessed the property or work; website information and general discussions are not binding quotations.

3. ASSESSMENTS, CONTRACTS AND SERVICES
Where necessary, HollyTree may need to inspect the property before confirming scope or price. A contract for roofing services arises only once the customer and HollyTree agree the scope, price and relevant terms. Services may include new roof installations, roof repairs, flat roofing, tile roofing, dry ridge systems, roof inspections, guttering and general roofing work. Services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill as required by applicable UK consumer law.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES, CHANGES AND SCHEDULING
Customers should provide accurate information, allow appropriate property access, notify us of known hazards or relevant property issues, and make agreed payments. Unexpected issues may become apparent once work begins; material additional work or price changes should be discussed and agreed where appropriate before proceeding. Roofing work can be affected by weather, site conditions, material availability, safety concerns and circumstances outside reasonable control.

5. PRICING, MATERIALS AND CANCELLATION
Payment arrangements are set out in the agreed quotation or contract. Materials used will be appropriate to the agreed work or specification. Cancellation rights may depend on how and where the contract was entered into and the circumstances of the work. Where statutory consumer cancellation rights apply, those rights are not affected by these Terms.

6. CONSUMER RIGHTS, LIABILITY AND LEGAL INFORMATION
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights consumers have under applicable UK law, or liability where doing so would be unlawful.
